Why hire a bookkeeper?
All businesses should have a bookkeeper. They are fundamental in tracking assets, liabilities, and revenue. They keep copies of receipts and make an audit easier by having proper financial records. The nice thing about having a bookkeeper is that your time is freed up to focus on more important aspects of your business, like management and expansion.
How does remote work happen?
There are a few options.
The best option is using a cloud based software like QuickBooks Online or Xero.
If you use a desktop software, you can subscribe to a service like:
- Go to My PC
- Log Me In
How much do you charge?
For monthly upkeep, we have many packages suitable four your business needs. We use fixed fee billing so there is a consistent monthly charge for my services. Occasionally, the scope of work changes and we would need to bill by the hour. We will inform you of this and request your approval before we begin.
For businesses that are a year or more behind, we will review the items needing to be closed out and give you a quote for all the work. Depending on the scope of work, it may be completed on an hourly basis.

Do you work in office? Can you do office assistant work?
We are Full Cycle Remote Bookkeepers.
What does this mean?
This means we do not work in office. We are able to handle all of your day to day business needs from sales tax to payroll. At least annually (ideally quarterly) you would consult your Tax accountant or CPA to review your finances.
We can manage all day to day accounting needs:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Monthly bank & credit card reconciliation
• Check the accounting email
• Cash Flow Management
• Customized Chart Of Accounts
• General Ledger Management
• Clean up of financial files
• Set up and streamlining of systems
I can also facilitate communications with other service providers:
• Insurance brokers
• Payroll services
Again, we do not come into the office daily. Most of our clients have us come in weekly, every other week, or monthly for a few hours only. They need up to 15 hours of bookkeeping per week, not completed in their office.
